Ecommerce Manager
**Description** **"We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for our Communities."** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end website management, UX design, content creation, and web analytics. This role will be responsible for the active maintenance and improvement of the website within the content management system (Wordpress), managing website development agencies, and driving continuous improvements in the user experience and conversion rates. The Ecommerce Manager will support cross-functional teams in executing website updates, testing, and data analysis, with a focus on improving overall ecommerce performance. **What You Will Do:** + Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of website experience using a content management solution (WordPress), leveraging personalization and experimentation platforms (such as test and target, Optimizely) + Lead all front-end content and design updates and ensure the website remains current, optimized, and fully functional with mobile-first design + Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to implement website content and feature updates and IT teams to ensure website up to date on plugins and back-end functionality. + Coordinate with external partners sprint planning, ongoing and website releases, website enhancements, feature implementations, and issue resolution Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and regression testing process for all website updates, including functionality, design, and content accuracy + Provide detailed user flow analytics reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website heatmaps and behavior analytics including traffic, conversion, and user behavior data + Generate and socialize actionable insights and recommendations for improving the website and ecommerce UX based on analytics data + Implement and optimize HubSpot forms and landing pages to support sales lead generation goals + Other projects as assigned **What You Will Need:** + Proven experience in ecommerce, website management + Hands-on experience with WordPress, including front-end development and content management + Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and evaluate marketing efforts leveraging Google Analytics and other website performance tracking tools (Hotjar) + Familiarity with HubSpot, including form creation and landing page development. + A strong understanding of ecommerce conversion optimization, UX/UI best practices, and mobile-first design. + Knowledge of SEO best practices and its integration with ecommerce strategy. + Demonstrated project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide excellent follow through + Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively + Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment + Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test prior to employment + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. + 5+ years of professional experience creating and maintaining ecommerce websites using a content management system (CMS) + Experience in a telecommunication environment a plus. + Content Management Platform: Wordpress and working knowledge of HTML + MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel, and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams, Asana, Figma) + Analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker, Hotjar, advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization (charts, graphs, dashboards) + Other tools: Design tools (Canva), Hubspot + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. + Regularly required to talk and hear. + Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and walk. + Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork. + Required to use close vision and be able to focus. + Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours. + Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs.
