eCommerce Platform Specialist

We are hiring an eCommerce Platform Specialist for a permanent, onsite role with our team in Glen Mills, PA.

Axalta is looking for an experienced eCommerce Platform Specialist to deliver best-in-class customer experience, continued market share growth and seamless access to our online applications.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for onboarding customer accounts as well as improving the onboarding process.Engage regional sales teams and distributors to foster platform adoption and knowledge share.Gather and document customer feedback throughout their journey maintaining an open mind on ways to continually improve our service and tools.As a customer facing Team Member, you play a key role in maintaining error free orders, maintaining product lists, and resolving issues.Partner with various, cross-functional teams like Customer Service, Sales Operations, Marketing and more on critical enhancements.Generate and deliver basic reports and analyses.As a team we are eCommerce subject matter experts, cross-training and sharing best practices internally and externally.RequirementsMinimum of 4 years B2B or B2C online support or sales experience.Possess an uncanny ability to build confidence, establish strong relationships and gather customer feedback.High technical aptitude and ability to learn software and systems quickly.Excellent analytical skills and experience driving system performance improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Marketing)Proficient experience in Excel, Tableau and/or other BI tools recommended.Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce as an advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProper professional business communication etiquette
