Job Summary:
The eCommerce Product Manager position is critical to the success of Trane’s Residential and Supply - Digital business. You will be responsible for setting the long-term, market-based strategic vision for the eCommerce Product offering. You will work directly with customers and with other stakeholders in our organization to define the product vision and ensure it aligns with company goals, and then work closely with the agile Product Owner to ensure the features match the vision. You will define KPIs to represent your product’s success and help drive and present these to the business. The eCommerce Product Manager should have a good understanding of the industry, customers, and the current competitive landscape. You will be responsible for driving the commercialization of the product, and for presenting at conferences or sales events when needed to drive awareness and adoption of the product.

Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $190,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
