About the Role\: 

3D Systems is seeking an eCommerce & ServiceMax Coordinator. Our ideal candidate would support our internal service agents & become the subject matter expert for our eCommerce platform. What We Are Looking For\:

Analyze existing B2B eCommerce site KPI trends (traffic, customer & order volume, etc.) Develop & implement a plan for expanding eCommerce adoption among existing install base Monitor and respond to cases submitted by Salesforce/ServiceMax users Interface with business stakeholders to gather enhancement & feature request requirements Submit bug/enhancement requests into JIRA backlog Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) in advance of monthly releases Create, deactivate, and onboard users Record management within ERP & CRM systems *

Prior customer service experience 2 Years Salesforce &/or ServiceMax experience Previous exposure to capital equipment sales/service Microsoft o365 proficiency (excel, word, teams, powerpoint) Familiar with ticketing or case mgmt. software (example\: Jira, Salesforce, etc.) *
