To join CLEAResult as an Ecommerce Sourcing Coordinator, Drop Ship. This role supports our Ecommerce Sourcing team in managing our vendor relationships.

Support:

Supplier Management

Maintain vendor scorecards and keep current with relevant information

Vendor/SKU pricing reviews and comps

Manage and answer direct vendor requests 

Support vendor invoicing questions and communications with vendors for resolution

Provide support for returns and order issues

Support inventory management processes

Monitor inventory levels and ensure reorders happen in sufficient time

Manage and execute yearly contract renewals

Promotional Support

Support the promotional calendar and ensure accuracy of all information

Manage any vendor needs and paperwork to ensure promotional accuracy

Operational Support

Manage product lists for each store

Ensure vendor and client alignment on assortment

Support pricing efforts to maintain margins

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

2-4 years of applicable vendor management or ecommerce experience

Some college or courses in digital marketing preferred

Target Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 / year
