eCommerce Specialist
Job Description

This role is responsible for the optimisation of the Kraft Heinz digital shelf across all online platforms including but not limited to retailer websites, Amazon, brand/D2C websites, marketplaces, quick commerce and food service across ANZ. This role reports into the Head of eCommerce ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

A hands-on approach to driving CPC (cost-per-click) together with sales teams, utilising technology available and providing recommendations on budget and strategy 

Driving A+ content across all brands and products where relevant, using technologies such as Profitero to track content score 

Work on strategies & tactics to improve organic search ranking across all relevant online platforms  

Maintain Salsify / SKUvantage technology workflows to ensure correct product information, optimising the process and implementing any advancements required by retail partners or new platforms 

Engage with our external digital shelf partners / vendors to troubleshoot issues, add new features, conduct business reviews 

Develop business cases and clearly communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and improve the online shopping experience in ANZ 

Create and monitor data reports to analyse trends to highlight opportunities and address risks to the Kraft Heinz portfolio 

Align with the marketing direction to ensure brand and product features are well presented. 

Troubleshoot technical issues 

Evangelizing digital shelf within the organization. Conduct trainings when necessary, collaborate with other functions and continue to reiterate the importance of digital shelf execution 

Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in related business fields 

A background in Retail/FMCG with knowledge across both sales and marketing  

Demonstrated experience of taking responsibility for online channels and self-motivated team member 

Strong communicator with knowledge of the digital space  

Demonstrated analytical skills and forecasting/planning abilities 

Experience of using insights to influence and drive decision making 

Demonstrated track record driving growth across online channels through online retailers and/or direct eCommerce platforms; 

Strong technical knowledge  

A strong understanding of website optimization
