The Opportunity:
As a CACI Economic Strategist, you will leverage your economics and business strategies expertise to enhance military strategic effects. This role integrates economic and banking knowledge with military doctrine to develop and implement economic security operations, forge public-private sector partnerships, and support international economic engagements. You will be critical in aligning economic capabilities with military objectives to achieve strategic outcomes in a complex global environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement Economic Security Operations, focusing on securing critical supply chains to protect military and national interests.Develop strategies for Private Sector Integration, building partnerships with private sector entities to leverage financial, technological, and logistical resources.Facilitate International Economic Engagement by coordinating economic strategies with allied nations and multilateral organizations to strengthen alliances and partnerships.Support the integration of Intelligence and Policy by synthesizing financial, economic, and geopolitical intelligence to inform operational planning and decision-making.Apply economic principles such as core competitive moves, horizontal/vertical integration, differentiation, cost leadership, and first-mover advantage to achieve strategic military objectives.Align economic strategies with military frameworks such as DIME (Diplomatic, Informational, Military, Economic) to support comprehensive operational plans.Provide expert analysis on financial strategies, competitive dominance, and positioning to enhance economic and military synergy.Prepare and present recommendations, briefings, and reports to senior military and civilian leaders, ensuring actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Qualifications:
Required:
Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 10 years in roles integrating economic with military efforts or related experience in economic strategy development.Proven ability to translate economic theory into practical military applications.Experience coordinating with private sector entities and developing public-private partnerships.Desired:
Advanced degree in economic strategy, military strategy, intelligence, operations, or a related field.Experience in operational coordination at an O-5 level or above tactical, operational, or strategic command.Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver bilingual Spanish-English presentations and reports.Knowledge of military frameworks such as DIME, Joint Doctrine, and National Defense Strategy.Strong familiarity with international economic engagement and geopolitical considerations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
