**The Role:**

As a Consultant, you’ll work hands-on with leading organizations, helping them unlock the full power of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph while ensuring seamless project execution and long-term success.
Your impact goes beyond delivery—you’ll advise and enable partners in identifying opportunities, expanding their footprint, and positioning themselves for continued growth. By developing deep knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, e-Commerce, and more, you’ll gain firsthand experience in how businesses evolve through data-driven decisions and how partners can scale their offerings to drive even greater customer success.
You’ll play a key role in helping partners build scalable solutions, optimize their Celonis service models, and structure engagements that drive ongoing value. Working closely with Senior Consultants, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure partners are equipped with the right strategies and insights to expand their reach, deepen customer relationships, and create new business opportunities.
As part of the Sales organization, this role is about more than consulting—it’s about empowering partners to grow their business, helping them navigate expansion opportunities, and ultimately driving increased adoption and commercial success for both Celonis and its partner ecosystem.
**Your Responsibilities** :
+ Collaborate with Senior Consultants and team members to develop expertise in Celonis solutions, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Learn and master Celonis’ advanced features to provide technical and strategic guidance to partners and customers.
+ Support partner engagements, assisting in key project phases such as use case identification, solution implementation and value assessment.
+ Empower partners by helping them understand how to leverage Celonis for business transformation and revenue growth.
+ Work closely with Sales and Partner Managers to align consulting activities with sales goals and business expansion.
+ Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement materials to enhance partner capabilities.
+ Analyze business processes and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize efficiency and decision-making for customers.
+ Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, collecting feedback to improve product adoption and innovation.
**Your Qualifications:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and consult stakeholders on value generation.
+ Business fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
+ 2+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation, or similar fields, including at least one year in a client-facing or partner-facing role.
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business & Technology, Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Experience in enterprise software implementation and familiarity with project management best practices.
+ Understanding of key business process areas such as supply chain, financial services, and IT service management.
+ Prior experience working with or at global service integrators such as Accenture, IBM, or SAP is a plus.
+ Basic knowledge of SQL; experience with Python, R, or MATLAB is a strong advantage.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging way to both technical and business audiences.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$100,000—$110,000 USD
