We are seeking experienced professionals to teach Electronic Systems Technology (ESET) and Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) courses at our campus locations and online. With ABET-accredited programs, we are committed to students’ success. If you’re passionate about sharing your industry expertise, providing hands-on instruction, and impacting students’ lives, consider joining our team. Our five-week terms offer the ideal setting to help adult learners achieve their goals.
No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support.

Our terms are five weeks long and offer faculty the perfect environment in which to share their specific industry experiences to help students achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends hours to support our busy adult learners.
For the Mechanical Engineering faculty positions
Education and Work Experience:
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution; Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. 3-5 years industry experience in a mechanical and/or manufacturing engineering field required; 7+ years career industry experience preferred. Experience in operating or programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines used in manufacturing processes such as milling, turning, and laser cutting or similar, along with familiarity with Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.
For the Electronics Systems Technology (ESET) faculty positions
Education and Work Experience:
Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution; Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is preferred. 3-5 years industry experience in an electrical and/or manufacturing engineering field required; 7+ years career industry experience preferred. Industry experience must be within the last 5 years. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used to control and automate systems in manufacturing, along with understanding ladder logic, function block diagrams, and other programming languages used in PLCs.
For the Systems Engineering faculty positions
Education and Work Experience:
Doctoral degree in Systems Engineering with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution. 3-5 years industry experience in an electrical and/or manufacturing engineering field required; 7+ years career industry experience preferred. Industry experience must be within the last 5 years. Appropriate technical certification or licensure (if required)More information will be provided to you during the Virtual Job Fair.
