YOUR ROLE Support on implementation of global CRM Strategy with special focus on Marketing Automation and Data Management Suport on implementation of new governance model for CRM Activation Operational handling of global communication strategy (email, web, social) cross-country based on countries specific needs Operational steering of external CRM, Design and Content partners Close collaboration with Analysis team to take insights for CRM activations Further developing journeys along the lifecycle of the consumer across different touchpoints YOUR SKILLS Completed bachelor's degree in business or economics with a focus on digital and marketing   2-3 years of direct marketing or CRM experience (in retail, FMCG/CPG industries) Experience in implementing new digital communication channels Experience with relevant marketing automation tools and web analytics Certifications in project management would be an advantage Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
