**Job Description Summary** Early Career Trainee Service Delivery will be responsible for driving service delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across North East Africa **Job Description** Key responsibilities/essential functions include: + Driving operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibility, focused on customer needs, process standards, quality and productivity + Being part of SMax deployment team, supporting transition, working on data validation, clean up and loading + Driving data analysis and business case development for key projects + Developing productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of service + Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on daily basis + Ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree + Up to 2 years of experience + Strong analytical and quantitative skills + Experience on statistical and/or data management tools + Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment + Ability to work independently with minimum direction + Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills + Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills + Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills + Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills + Proficiency in English **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
