**Description** Strategically drives sales growth of the Estee Lauder and Aerin brands for Specialty Multi Channel (SMC) retailers across both channels. Main responsibilities include owning the retailer relationship and the P&L, tailoring the assortment to the retailer, creating retailer specific marketing and promotional programs, partnering with the Field to execute with excellence. Leads team of three and collaborates with retailers and cross functional partners within and outside of the Brand. ACCOUNTABILITIES: ⁃ Has a deep understanding of the SMC market and establishes account strategy that guides category priorities, marketing campaigns, assortment/merchandising, and events. Partners with the Retailer, the Field, and the Marketing Team to develop best in class knowledge of the customer at each retailer. ⁃ Owns retailer relationships and the P&L. Determines annual budget to maximize sales and ROI by establishing seasonal targets for retail and net sales, demonstration/freelance, co⁃op, CAPEX, and samples. Collaborates with planning partner and retailer to create a seasonal sales and stock plan. ⁃ Partners with the Brand's E⁃Commerce Team to develop strategies and execution tactics to deliver outsized growth. ⁃ Develops marketing and activation calendar for each retailer across channels leveraging the brand's categories and subcategories. ⁃ Scales and adopts the best go⁃to market strategies. ⁃ Conceptualizes and executes 360 marketing campaigns tailored to each channel at each retailer. ⁃ Partners with the Marketing Team to create an integrated media strategy driving effectiveness based on the national and retailer's KPIs. ⁃ Adheres to the brand budget and process to execute retailer marketing. ⁃ Drives Retailer⁃Specific and Field⁃Driven Programs: ⁃ Develops seasonal strategies for retailer high traffic shopping moments. ⁃ Partners with the creative team to ensure that all online assets and in⁃store elements ⁃ planograms, visuals, and fixtures ⁃ clearly communicate the brand message to the customer. ⁃ Creates communication for initiatives executed by the field ⁃ visual moments, distortions, events, and promotions. **Qualifications** ⁃2+ years of related work experience ⁃ preferably in retail/channel business development, account management or planning, consulting ⁃Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel ⁃Very strong problem⁃solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions ⁃Ability to structure documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, business summaries) to effectively communicate with senior management ⁃Strong written, oral, and presentation⁃based communication skills ⁃Strong ability to work independently and manage one's own workstreams ⁃Demonstrated ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project⁃based environment with a closely intertwined team ⁃Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi⁃task ⁃Well⁃developed interpersonal and influence skills ⁃Four⁃year college degree or equivalent Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
