Maintains and stocks the ice bins, beer cooler, and stock room. Rotates stock and faces forward all labels for easy access.Makes sure that bottles of house wine are open.Keeps dishes and glasses washed and put away during assigned shift.Assists the bar tenders and Beverage servers with beer and wine orders.Completes side work at end of a shift including but not limited to restocking of bar supplies, walk-in cooler, tearing down wells and general clean up.Ensures completion of break sheets of all empty bottles.Provides constructive input to foster process improvements within the departmentIs in the work area, ready to begin work at the beginning of the shift. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.6 months experience in customer service or related field required.Good organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.Able to follow verbal instructions and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.Ability to work along with little or no supervision.Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.Current OLCC License required.Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.21 years of age or older.
