About Our Opportunity
As an EDI Coordinator at Chervon North America, you will be r esponsible for maintaining and reviewing master data related to our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
+ End -to-end ownership of system information exchanges across the business.
+ Coordinate with external service providers to build, enhance, maintain, and support key system integrations among data interchange programs.
+ Responsible for customer onboarding from testing to implementation and ongoing maintenance as necessary.
+ Design, develop, test, and deploy customized data sharing platforms.
+ Review failed EDI transactions and perform root cause analysis to develop and implement solutions.
+ Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
+ Create and maintain master data templates and guidelines to facilitate accurate and consistent data storage and integrity.
+ Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure efficient data flow.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all EDI or data related requests including but not limited to analysis and reporting.
+ Collaborate cross functionally to understand business processes and related transactions in various systems to support projects and progressive initiatives.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
+ Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies .
+ Familiarity with data management and governance practices.
+ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
+ Proven experience as an EDI Coordinator, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
+ Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Travel
This position requires approximately 5% domestic travel.
