SWBC is seeking a talented individual to act as business SME liaising with all EDI-direct carriers and data aggregators to ensure proper receipt, consumption, and return of x12 files are maintained accurately and timely. Perform audit checks on existing file parameters, balancing of 820 returns and ACH disbursements, and works with various business, technical, and product teams in efforts for maximizing overall EDI receipts. Perform audits of the accuracy and timeliness of CPI and Mortgage insurance processing and escrow insurance disbursement made in accordance with the Service Center SLAs; and prepare and maintain accurate audit reports to support audit findings.

Essential duties include the following:
Assists in coordinating, supporting, and verifying new EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions via UAT validation.Provides analysis, support, and recommendations to external trading partners and internal company resources for opportunities for further EDI penetration.Oversees cadence for 266/lienholder provisions to partners to reduce overall mail volumes and works.Assists senior analysts for automation opportunities for both 266 and 824 production and consumption.Maintains engagement with EDW/reporting teams for pertinent reporting modifications and/or expansion for EDI progress.Establishes and maintains proper meeting cadence with existing trading partners and aggregators quarterly with deliberate agendas, notes, timely follow-ups for pressing items, latest technology queues, and dissemination of aforementioned to management.Supports and monitors EDI projects to improve EDI efficiency and effectiveness; coordinates schedules, creates Business Request Documents (BRD), and business change requests; and coordinates stake holders contribute to the development project.Performs quality checks and analysis of audits with existing carrier and clients and reports findings and/or recommendations to management to ensure accurate exchange of insurance information.Coordinates with EDI trading partners to resolve all level 2 issues and seeks assistance and feedback from IT on non-standards transfers; resolves all EDI issues according to specification; and maintains all transaction sets appropriately.Troubleshoots and provides assistance to in processes to resolve all transaction file issues transaction file issues and escalates more complex issues from higher level Analysts.Works with implementation and IT teams for new client setups as well as decommissions.Supports and monitors testing process for all EDI development; provides guidance and direction to SQA, UAT, and other testing participants; and coordinates with appropriate teams to prepare test plans.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.At least two (2) years in electronic data transfer, writing requirements and analyzing solutions, or other related experience in a mortgage or insurance environment.Strong working knowledge of EDI, XML, CXML, EDI standards of ASC X12, or other data interface formats deployed in an EDI solution.Strong understanding of data files and data exchanges between computer systems.Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance policies and processes.Able to communicate basic EDI terminology effectively with internal and external customers.Strong knowledge and exposure to a number of technical products like WTX, Axway Cyclone, WMQ, and other tools used in EDI solutions.Strong understanding of EDI Transaction Sets as well as X.12 and other EDI standards.Strong analytical, organizational, and detailed oriented skills.Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include MS Word and Excel.SWBC offers*:
