We are looking for an agile and innovative eDisco professional to join our Legal Ops team as eDiscovery Technical Program Manager (TPM). The role will be US remote and report directly to the Chief of Staff to CLO & Director, Ops & Strategy. It will play a critical part in supporting key components of the discovery cycle, including strategy, planning, data collection and execution, as well as assisting with further maturing the eDiscovery program. **What you’ll be doing:** + Work closely with the Forensic Manager and case teams to ensure identification and preservation/collection, processing, review, and production of ESI. + Execute collections from all relevant repositories, including gmail, Drive, and Slack (among others) + Be the go to Relativity Guru when it comes to loading data, creating coding panels, running searches and user support. + Partner with case teams and 3rd party vendors to manage expectations on project goals, key timelines, and exceptions. + Develop program documentation (policies, procedures, playbooks, SLAs), assist in standardizing collection workflows. + Lead software and tooling reviews. + Collaborate with IT to support eDisco teams tooling and changing environments. **What we look for in you:** + 6+ years of eDiscovery experience, preferably including in-house, with highly active, fast-paced matters with both case management and data collection expertise. + Experience utilizing various eDiscovery tools and review platforms, such as Relativity, Aware, Google Vault, etc. Certifications are a plus, RCA, ENCE, etc. + Has a comprehensive knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and best practices. + Ability to navigate relationships with multiple stakeholders and cross functional partners to meet the requirements of matters. + Has familiarity with multiple data sources such as Slack, Google workspace, Discord, Mobile collections, 3rd party applications, Mac (IOS) devices, etc. + You are a quick thinker and a problem solver, and you are curious by nature. **Nice to haves:** + Active certifications with eDiscovery softwares. + Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environment. + Familiarity with SQL, Looker, and other structured data systems. + Project management and process documentation experience.
