The Fitness+ team is seeking a services editorial manager with experience in cross-functional editorial production, content programming, and tooling development. **Description** The Editorial Manager on the Apple Fitness+ team will oversee a small team of producers and programmers, operating as the lead project manager for all Fitness+ projects related to editorial planning and execution. The Editorial Team is responsible for coordinating tasks for a wide range of teams including design, editorial, localization, business, marketing and studio production to ensure that projects are kicked off and completed on time and as expected. The team also manages the Fitness+ content in Fitness app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, including new weekly workouts and meditations, Collections, Trainer Tips, Artist Spotlight, and other priority initiatives. They ensure all assets, metadata and other deliverables are presented at the right time to our customers, every time. The Editorial Manager will also partner with engineering to further develop the internal content management system and other tools to ensure the team is set up for success with reliable, efficient tooling. This role requires close collaboration with fitness, content, business, marketing, engineering, and design teams. **Minimum Qualifications** + 8+ years experience in cross-functional editorial production + 8+ years experience in online media and content programming + Experience developing and evolving digital tools and processes + Successful track record of coordinating high-profile projects within short timeframes + Experience working with digital technology and tools for web-based production + Bachelors degree **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Effective and encouraging teammate with the ability to thrive in and perpetuate a highly collaborative environment + Exceptional ability to independently break down complex problems and evaluate possible solutions + Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills + Excitement for fitness and meditation apps and content **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,200 and $214,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
