Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Setup:

Set up, adjust, and operate Wire EDM and/or Sinker EDM machines with a focus on precision and efficiency. Ensure machines are optimized to deliver high-quality components by closely monitoring and fine-tuning operations as needed.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed specifications to guide your machining processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Quality Assurance:

Utilize specialized measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators, to inspect and verify the accuracy of machined components. Consistently meet or exceed quality standards while adhering to tight tolerances. What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience setting up and operating Wire and/or Sinker EDM machines. Strong blueprint reading skills with an eye for detail and precision. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
