**Description** Revenue Cycle Insurance Training Specialist provides ongoing monitoring, support and education that emphasize standard clinic registration processes. The Revenue Cycle Insurance Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and collaborates with clinics on behalf of the revenue cycle department to identify documentation and training gaps. Provides ongoing communication and training for clinic registration staff. Responsible for obtaining up to date insurance information and communicating accurate information, including agency requirements, to the appropriate individuals. Act as expert for internal customers in insurers doing business in our region, such as government plans (DSHS, Medicare, Tricare) and fully insured, self-insured, PPOs, etc. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
