Education Architect Demand & Fulfullment
A customer-facing role where you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the entire suite of assigned Blue Yonder solutions.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver training courses to customers, partners, and internal associates both on-site and remotely.Present complex ideas and processes in a way that makes it easy for the user to understand and foster a relationship as a trusted advisor.Identify training opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to advise on best training approach for customers.Seek out opportunities to learn new products and keep up to date with new functionality updates.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Work with relevant Blue Yonder teams to ensure seamless and on-time training delivery.Provide Industry and Solution expertise in the design and delivery strategies for custom-built training.Use appropriate presentation styles and classroom technologies to effectively educate an audience.Manage Customer Training Evaluation Surveys and customer feedback.Work with the Global Enablement Team to support content and virtual environment development.Flexible availability to best support customer and business needs as appropriate.Have an understanding of Adult Learning Theories and employ techniques that provide a positive learning experience.Proactively manage relationships between customers and Blue Yonder.Identify and communicate training delivery improvements.Complete required administrative processes in a timely manner.Identify training opportunities and promote offerings via SIG (Special Interest Groups) and social media platforms.Keep expenses within travel guidelines and cost-effective for the customer.Responsible to achieve individual and department KPIs.Take initiative to stay informed on internal and product announcements as well as industry updates.Complete the Blue Yonder instructor certification program.Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Associate’s Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.2-3 years Training delivery experience or industry related experience.Basic knowledge of training content development and classroom delivery / management tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong time management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate virtually within a global team.Continuous self-improvement.Our Values
