In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Cooperate with other departments to arrange virtual and in-person training courses Communicate with internal and external customers (mainly in English) Use different databases (Oracle EBIZ, Microsoft 365, SFDC, APEX, etc.) to manage Education Services training courses and training entitlements Own Education Services event creation globally Handle event registrations with training entitlements Manage rosters and communicate with the instructor team Send timely and accurate email communications to customers and instructors Organize the shipping of equipment Maintain course manual stock Create and share course completion certificates Implement process changes, actively participate in CI activities Create event reports upon requestWho You Are: You have strong attention to detail. You attentively listen to others.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Advanced English skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High level multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to represent the needs of the business Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) Desire for Continuous Improvement Comprehend Team Goals (Team Focus) Continuous Improvement resulting in an efficient operation of event logistics (Driving for Results) Second foreign language knowledge is an advantage.
