**Req Number** 150287 Job Description Manages a caseload of student participants, their academic success, mentorship relationships, and curriculum milestones in the Northwell Community Scholars Program. Job Responsibility + Aids the development of education materials and manuals; participates in the design and development of learning experiences; instruction strategies for new and existing training programs. + Communicates regularly with students, mentors and school partners. + Documents and records interactions with all participants. + Designs training sessions. + Coordinates training program schedules with participants, instructors and facility management. + Develops the communication of educational programs to appropriate departments. + Helps in conducting needs assessment within the organization to determine direction of training programs. + Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. + Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification + Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. + 1-3 years of relevant experience, required. + Prior experience working with adolescent population, preferred. + Prior Case management, job coaching, or career advisement experience, preferred. + Time management and attention to detail, preferred. + Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
