The Crotched Mountain School& Village, an affiliate of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is seeking an Education Supervisor to join our team of exceptional professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our students.

This is a full-time (40-hour), year-round position in an alternative residential special education setting.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Paraeducator I and Paraeducator II, ensuring adherence to standards of care and Crotched Mountain School policies.Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for students and staff.Monitor staff-to-student interactions and provide feedback and support as needed.Maintain staffing schedules, assist in hiring processes, and track staff attendance and performance.Distribute prescribed medications to designated students as trained and approved by nursing personnel. Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in human services field.Strong decision-making abilities and professional communication skills.Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.Valid driver’s license.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7-3

Location: Crotched Mountain School, Greenfield, NH
