The role you ’ll contribute :

Under the direct supervision of the Department Leadership, this position provides Administrator support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Onboarding

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator:

Creation, organization, and uploading of learning materials and classes into LMS.

Assignment of learning materials to users.

User management and technical troubleshooting.

Reporting and analytics of course and class progress.

Attending LMS Administrator meetings.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards

Student Onboarding Specialist:

Maintains and organizes academic institutions and corresponding student onboarding files.

Works directly with interdisciplinary team leadership to coordinate student rotations.

Collaborates with the contract department to maintain active affiliation agreements with academic institutions.

Analytics of student and academic data
