You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

¿Qué necesitas saber de la posición?:
Seguimiento a ejecución de entrenamientos legales mandatorios definidos en el Plan Anual de Capacitación. Asegurar el control de todos los registros de capacitación y resguardo de evidencias. Asegurar, conservar y mantener disponibles los registros de entrenamiento del rol que desempeñan todo el personal de Core y Support Team.Controlar el uso de las instalaciones y herramientas necesarias para impartir los entrenamientos. Resguardar los registros de la capacitación de los contratistas internos y externos. Compartir los trackings a las áreas correspondientes, de los entrenamientos ejecutados. Dar seguimiento a obtener materiales de entrenamiento actualizados y entregables por cada entrenamiento activado, para resguardar para requerimientos de auditorías.Coordinar la logística para procesos de Onboarding. Dar seguimiento a ejecución de entrenamientos, según los programas desplegados de acuerdo a las necesidades de la planta. Dar seguimiento mensualmente a las provisiones del budget del área de Educación y Entrenamiento, de acuerdo al presupuesto anual definido. Participar en el pilar de Educación y Entrenamiento y dar seguimiento a su SWP, para cumplir con el indicador definido.Asistir en las auditorías externas para presentar evidencia solicitada del área.Asegurar el control de los equipos de cómputo que están a cargo del área para entrenamientos.Educación / Certificaciones:
Licenciatura en Administración, Psicologia, Pedagogia o a fin terminada.Requerimientos específicos del puesto:
