You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:
Your mission will be focused on bringing agile practices in instructional design, throughout the following actions:
Analyze learning needs and Design learning experiences for the region supported, together with the E&T Global Advisor. These include needs-based trainings, functional expertise capability building programs, and other learning activities across People Services.Lead the development of engagement and adoption materials, professional development materials, and learning collaterals to address business needs.Lead the implementation of learning interventions to address business needs. These include training facilitation, session management, and learning operations-related coordination.Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions, revise as needed, and iterate until prototypes and learning experiences are fit for purpose.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead implementation of solutions.You will also support the Global E&T Strategy by:
Leading initiatives on capability building, with focus on functional expertiseMaintaining a healthy and productive dynamic with stakeholders to ensure service deliveryManage projects and activities related to learning, engagement, adoption, and capability buildingApplying relevant learning methodologies and technologies, where applicableIncorporating tech and digital skills development into upskilling and reskilling initiativesIntegrating diverse learning solutions to meet varied learning needs, preferences, and work patternsListening to employees and incorporating feedback into learning content and methodsActively engaging employees in learning, through formal and informal elements, gamification, social learning and innovative approachesWhat extra ingredients you will bring:
