Job responsibilities –

Promotion of Apprenticeship programSupport recruitment and onboarding processes of fresher ApprenticesEnsure that all the apprentices follow the safety procedures  Demonstrate and guide the apprentice for the practical.  Issue raw material, drawing, circuit, measuring instruments and tools.  Guide the apprentice at each stage of the practical.  Demonstrate the correct handling of tools and ergonomics to the apprentice.  Explain the calculations required for the practical.  Demonstrate skills for panel wiring, layout of components, wire bunching and routing.  Conduct exams and grade the apprentice.  Correct the apprentice journals and daily work dairies.  Guide the apprentice during the project.  Ensure availability of the material for the practical.  Help in administrative activities.  Mentor the apprentice to be master craftsmen.  Keep records of tools and equipment in workshop and labs.  Maintain the equipment in the workshop and labs.Maintain records of Apprenticeship training.Conduct upskilling & reskilling training for existing workforce.

Desired qualification & experience –

NCVT /Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Trade with 15 to 20 years of experienceAbility to read, explain and wire complex electrical circuitsKnowledge of product testingBasic Fitting KnowledgeExperience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine toolsKnowledge of Safety practices.Knowledge of Motor, Transformer windingKnowledge of Power electronicsEx Apprentice of Siemens Training Center or Trainers from similar training center background will be given preference
