About Newark-Wayne Community Hospital
Newark-Wayne, a 120-bed hospital located in Wayne County, offers a comprehensive range of services, including cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopaedics, and pulmonary care, as well as an innovative telemedicine program. Identify and validate the learning needs of customers by utilizing needs assessments, CQI results, performance improvement results, customer surveys and course evaluation results; document the effectiveness of educational offerings by developing, monitoring and assessing competencies; analyze cost to maximize the efficient utilization of resourcesDevelopment. Create educational programs and curriculum that promote quality healthcare, employee/patient growth and personal wellness; provide leadership in areas of expertise as a resource to the customer; develop communications and audio-visual materials that are clear and conciseImplementation. Facilitate programs to meet the identified learning needs of our customers; provide in-depth orientation, in-service and continuing education for staff or patientsEDUCATION:
