Description We are on the lookout for an EFT Fund Administrator to become a part of our team. As an EFT Fund Administrator, you will be involved in managing new funds, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory filings. This position is based in Richmond, Virginia, in the United States. Responsibilities • Overseeing the integration of new funds into the appropriate trust • Generating reports via various accounting systems for financial reporting purposes • Assisting in the scrutiny of regulatory filings and reports, including N-PORT and N-CEN • Participating in the preparation of board materials for quarterly Board of Trustees meetings • Assisting in the monthly preparation of expense analyses for Advisors • Undertaking additional duties as assigned • Utilizing skills such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP to complete tasks effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations • Solid understanding of General Ledger operations • Capability to prepare and process Journal Entries • Experience in managing Month End Close processes • Proficiency in using NetSuite financial software • Knowledge and experience in Oracle financial system • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software • Experience in using SAP financial system Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
