Responsibilities: * Eggplant Mastery: Serve as the primary Eggplant engineer providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and troubleshooting. * Test Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal test coverage and efficiency. * Automation Champion: Lead the automation effort, leveraging Eggplant to create robust and maintainable test scripts, frameworks, and processes. * Customization and Enhancement: Drive the customization and enhancement of the Eggplant platform to meet evolving business needs and improve testing effectiveness. * Low-Code/No-Code Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in low-code/no-code development principles, leveraging Eggplant's capabilities to create efficient and scalable test solutions. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements, provide testing expertise, and ensure quality deliverables. * Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor QA team members, sharing expertise in Eggplant and test automation best practices
