This role requires subject matter expertise in the Medicare Part D program with a focus on eligibility, benefits, compliance, solutions and overall client strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring overall client retention goals are met and client satisfaction with the EGWP Product. The Strategist will also be responsible for various aspects of client implementations and renewals and will provide EGWP subject matter expertise and direction on a variety of questions and issues.
This role works closely with not only the account team and client, but also the product, clinical, client benefit, eligibility, finance, compliance and regulatory teams to understand the client requirements and provide consultative services from implementation through renewal. Management of day-to-day client needs and Medicare service and operations support as well as issue resolution are critical aspects of this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage client implementation of services to ensure flawless executionResponsible for overall EGWP client retention for assigned client(s)Responsible for the documentation and communication of client specific requirementsPartner with internal teams to resolve client-specific issuesPartner with Account teams to discuss strategy and solutions for clientsParticipate in the annual renewal process for all assigned client(s)Using appropriate escalation management skills to ensure direct management is kept apprised of client situationsResponsible for communicating any CMS guidance, product, field and departmental updates to internal teams and clients as applicableParticipate in overall benefits review and copay grid councilComplete projects in support of Product Strategy team, lessons learned initiatives, overall preparation and readiness for upcoming plan year as assignedSupport audit processes as neededOversee daily operations required to support assigned EGWP client(s)Lead client consultation related to business strategy and on-going opportunities to optimize product and services. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
