EGWP Senior Market Strategist - Express Scripts - Hybrid

This role requires subject matter expertise in the Medicare Part D program with a focus on eligibility, benefits, compliance, solutions and overall client strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring overall client retention goals are met and client satisfaction with the EGWP Product. The Strategist will also be responsible for various aspects of client implementations and renewals and will provide EGWP subject matter expertise and direction on a variety of questions and issues.
This role works closely with not only the account team and client, but also the product, clinical, client benefit, eligibility, finance, compliance and regulatory teams to understand the client requirements and provide consultative services from implementation through renewal. Management of day-to-day client needs and Medicare service and operations support as well as issue resolution are critical aspects of this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Manage client implementation of services to ensure flawless execution
+ Responsible for overall EGWP client retention for assigned client(s)
+ Responsible for the documentation and communication of client specific requirements
+ Partner with internal teams to resolve client-specific issues
+ Partner with Account teams to discuss strategy and solutions for clients
+ Participate in the annual renewal process for all assigned client(s)
+ Using appropriate escalation management skills to ensure direct management is kept apprised of client situations
+ Responsible for communicating any CMS guidance, product, field and departmental updates to internal teams and clients as applicable
+ Participate in overall benefits review and copay grid council
+ Complete projects in support of Product Strategy team, lessons learned initiatives, overall preparation and readiness for upcoming plan year as assigned
+ Support audit processes as needed
+ Oversee daily operations required to support assigned EGWP client(s)
+ Lead client consultation related to business strategy and on-going opportunities to optimize product and services. (Trusted advisor)
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
+ Master’s degree preferred
+ 8 or more years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree with 5 or more years of experience
+ Excellent communication skills, including presentations and documentation
+ Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies
+ Data analysis and reporting skills; Basic financial analysis skills
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
+ Ability to work towards specific deliverables within a environment of tight deadlines and significant pressure
+ Ability to handle complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
+ Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
+ Excellent customer service skills required

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,900 - 208,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
