Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Project Manager to join a full service engineering consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an EH&S Project Manager. This person can work from Plainville Connecticut, Groton Connecticut or Apex North Carolina. This person will be responsible for overseeing and completing technical tasks for environmental, health, and safety regulatory compliance projects. This includes ensuring timely and accurate project completion, adherence to budgets, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires leading technical project execution in various regulatory program areas, mentoring project teams, and managing multiple concurrent projects. Responsibilities also include: · Lead and complete technical tasks for environmental, health, and safety regulatory compliance projects. · Conduct compliance assessments, program development, regulatory analysis and reporting, permitting, training, and database solutions for EHS compliance requirements. · Perform technical tasks at client facilities, including analyses, calculations, and preparation of various reports and documents. · Ensure technical project execution in hazardous waste management, air emissions permitting, wastewater/stormwater permitting, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, and other regulatory program areas. · Develop and deliver EHS training programs. · Prepare proposals, attend professional networking events, and identify project opportunities. · Maintain active networking with existing and new clients. · Mentor and develop project team members, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
