SPS Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Co-op student for Spring 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to the implementation and improvement of our EHS programs.
As an EHS Co-op, you will work closely with the EHS team to support various projects, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You’ll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in areas such as safety audits, incident reporting, environmental sustainability, and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting safety inspections and audits.Help in maintaining and updating EHS documentation and records.Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.Support environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and energy-saving projects.Collaborate with the EHS team on employee training sessions and safety communications.Contribute to the development and review of risk assessments and safety procedures.Qualifications:
