Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Implementation Project Manager to join our prominent healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in healthcare information technology, particularly in managing comprehensive EHR/ EMR system projects from needs assessment through implementation and go-live. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the EHR/EMR system replacement project leader Conduct full-cycle project management including: Assessment of needs Requirements gathering Submission and management of RFP procedures Selection process Implementation Integration Go-live Manage the integration of Epic Connect and Quest Diagnostics labs into the new EHR/EMR system Work collaboratively with diverse teams including executive stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and ancillary staff. Requirements 6+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within an integrated EHR / EMR implementation environment. Proven experience managing a full lifecycle of IT project implementation Experience with healthcare IT systems used by smaller or specialized healthcare organizations. Strong knowledge and experience with RFP processes and vendor selections. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact confidently with executive stakeholders. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide flexible support in a multi-tasking environment.
