As an EHR Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance related to electronic health record software, managing low complexity issues and effectively communicating basic concepts to your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance to co-workers regarding electronic health record software issues.
• Manage low complexity issues by effectively communicating basic concepts and messages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of electronic health record systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to apply logic and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
