Key Responsibilities:
Lead the whole office EHS affairs, meet the requirements from stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local EHS laws and regulations by setting governance process to understand the applicable laws regulation and propose to local leadership team to take actions to comply with these.Implement the EHS office safety playbook in the offices e.g. emergency preparedness, response plan, office EHS programs, SAFE FLEET, ergonomics, chemical management, contractor safety, permit to works etc.Identify required training, conduct the EHS Orientation for new hires and regularly provide training and other EHS awareness programs for all employees.Good Save reporting follow-ups and corrective and preventive actions monitoring and management.Ensuring Global Audit support and preparation in the offices, e.g. prepare and collect supporting documents, program reviews in CURVE, tracking of findings and CAPAs.Launch and maintain radiation safety program if necessary e.g. dose monitoring, abnormal dose investigation, provide and track radiation-related trainings, maintain SEG list, etc.Periodically conduct safety inspections throughout the facilities and improve non-conformance findings to prevent injury/illness accident or other non-compliance issuesCollaborate with EHS and lead the SAFE FLEET team to achieve JJ Global/Regional/Campus EHS targets and continuously improve the programTimely submission of relevant corporate or government reportsLead incident investigation and facilitate corrective preventative actions development and monitor progressManaging Operational Administrative, set up meeting schedule.Johnson Johnson is currently seeking a EHS Administrative Executive to join our EHS team located in Jakarta.
