EHS and Health and Wellbeing Specialist As the EHS and H&W Specialist, your key accountabilities and responsibilities will be: Work in partnership with the EHS and H&W Manager to achieve overall objectives in Poland. Collaborate with Business Leaders on employee health, safety and wellbeing programs to promote a healthy and safe work environment and lifestyle. Connect with GSK's global, regional and local EHS and H&W networks to learn and benchmark best practices. Lead EHS risk assessments for all employees (office, home and field-based) and work with business partners to mitigate EHS risks. Support EHS risk assessments for activities such as projects and business events. Facilitate the implementation of EHS programs, such as driver safety and ergonomics. Organize and facilitate H&W initiatives, such as events with experts on cancer prevention or information sessions on the impact of sports on human health. Be responsible for coordinating regular EHS inspection and audit programs within all offices in Poland (2 in Poznan, 1 in Warsaw). Facilitate EHS incident investigations and be responsible for EHS incident reporting to local authorities and the global GSK EHS reporting system. Support all employees across Poland in EHS and H&W matters. Be a part of relevant employee groups (e.g., Engagement Team) to ensure that EHS and H&W matters are always covered. Support other functions: WREF (Workplace Real Estate and Facilities) and HR in activities that require EHS and H&W knowledge. Gather and process necessary EHS and H&W data as input for short and long-term planning. Approximately 60-70% of capacity will be on EHS responsibilities, with 30-40% on supporting H&W activities. Passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace. Experience, knowledge and technical skills required: Educational degree in EHS. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in EHS (ideally in the office environment) in multinational corporations. Very good knowledge of Polish EHS legal regulations. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in H&W. Very good English skills - oral and written.
