Your Role:
Provide client development, portfolio, and project management, focused on growing and expanding services and service lines by creating value for all stakeholders. Develop transformative due diligence and EHS compliance services strategies for strategically important clients and pursuits. Assist with growing this service area for Tetra Tech’s existing clients, as well as expanding similar strategic programmatic offerings to new clients. Identifying upcoming pursuits and initiatives that are consistent with Tetra Tech’s long-term growth strategy and engaging other ECS Principals to prepare capture strategies and secure new awards. The position will entail networking and integrating with the ECS operating unit and across the global footprint of Tetra Tech. Collaborating across Tetra Tech to foster growth opportunities in the United States and internationally in Europe, South America, and Canada. Contributing to strategic business planning for the ECS operating unit. We expect that the candidate will participate as a subject matter expert providing technical support for key projects and practice areas, including investigation, EHS Compliance, expert witness, due diligence, etc. Successful candidate will be able to promote a culture of safety on projects, programs, and practice areas as well as assist with the mentoring, guidance, and training of staff. Identifying and attracting high quality staff that fit the entrepreneurial spirt and collaborative culture of Tetra Tech.Qualifications:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in geology, science, environmental engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree and professional certifications are preferred. 20 to 25+ years of EHS consulting experience. Previous experience working with industry as a Principal Account Manager is required. Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of state and federal environmental regulations as they pertain to commercial, and industrial processes. Specific and in-depth knowledge of environmental principles regarding site investigation and remedial technologies, EHS compliance, impacts from chemical releases, and regulatory permitting is required. A working understanding of RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, CAA, and other applicable state and federal regulations is required. A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
Target salary range: $65.00 / hour to $72.00 / hour. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.
