EHS Coordinator Details:

Direct Hire position$65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftThis position will be responsible for managing all aspects of regulatory compliance for facility air permitting including Title V, hazardous wastes management, SPCC and stormwater management, TRI and Tier II reporting.Oversees accident/incident investigation to include root cause analysis and corrective action implementation across all company facilities.Permit Management: Oversee and maintain Title V permits.Manage air permits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Supervise hazardous waste management in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Reporting and Compliance: Coordinate and submit TRI (Toxic Release Inventory) and Tier II reports.Oversee Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans.Manage stormwater compliance programs.Safety and Incident Management: Conduct and document accident/incident investigations. Perform root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs.Training and Development: Provide OSHA and EPA training to ensure compliance and enhance safety awareness.Site Coordination: Ensure EHS compliance across six sites in the U.S. and Canada.Collaborate with site managers to implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures.

EHS Coordinator Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EHS management.Knowledge of Title V permits, air permits, hazardous waste management, and environmental reporting requirements.Strong understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations.Proven experience in accident/incident investigation and root cause analysis.Ability to travel up to 10% to various sites including internationally (Canada).
