EHS CoordinatorJob Description Coordinates the development and implementation of safety policies and practices to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. Conducts educational and training programs to empower employees to achieve long-term safety results. Performs accident investigations, equipment inspections, and Job Safety Analysis. Develops and recommends policies related to industrial hygiene and worker compensation. Utilizes continuous improvement methods. Essential Skills + Safety training + Environmental health & safety knowledge + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Experience in manufacturing safety + Knowledge of OSHA regulations + Ability to conduct safety audits Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or related field OR 2 years of experience within manufacturing in a safety role Work Environment This position is based across 2 plants. This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with flexibility if needed. Overtime work is required as necessary. All proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
