EHS Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Work directly with Global EHS team to manage and support on EHS information update, database monitoring and tracking as below.
Velocity: Chemical management platform Work as system admin to monitor platform and support user request.Monitor new chemical registration and SDS. Workday: Training management platformWork as system admin to upload training content into platform.Tracking EHS training record from each site and upload into platformGenerate training report for each site.Ideagen: Incident and audit management platformWork as system admin to monitor platform and support user request.Generate incident and audit report for global team.To be point of contact between representative of each site and CB (Certified Body) for monitoring, planning, and working on ISO14001 and ISO45001 audit for each site. Provide document management, shared folder and intranet maintenance and support to Global Team. Support local team (Nava EHS) on below task.
Support PR&PO processSupport EHS training tracking and updateSupport PPE stock monitoring and trackingSupport Waste shipment process and document trackingSupport on emergency response drillOther assignments from Global EHS and Nava EHS team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2 - 3 years of experience in admin role. Good command of English in both oral and written communication skills Have experience and knowledge in management system standard e.g. ISO14001, ISO45001 (OHSAS18001) and EHS will be an advantage. Able to work independently and team environment. Flexibility to support company in urgent case. Have good communication skill and ability to handle multiple tasks with sense of urgency. Proficiency in computer skill e.g. Microsoft Office, email and etc. Experience with data visualization tools would be an asset.
