Job Title: EHS Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking to hire an EHS Coordinator to join our growing team in the non-woven department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of safety experience within a manufacturing environment and will partner with other site leaders to promote a strong site safety culture.

ResponsibilitiesProvide safety, health, and environmental guidance and coaching to facility leadership.Complete tasks in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws.Conduct and lead safety meetings.Perform incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Maintain the site’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) system and ensure chemical labeling availability.Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response activities.Define and conduct safety training requirements and sessions.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of safety/EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.Comfortable leading training sessions.Knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and ISO procedures.Experience in safety training, ISO standards, and health & safety protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma required. BS degree in EHS/Occupational Safety or related field preferred.Current or able to qualify for CPR/First Aid/BBP certifications.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other safety certification preferred.Six Sigma certification preferred (green or black belt).Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
