Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer with strong influential and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have the ability to convey complex concepts in relatable terms across all levels of the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of site operations and detailed processes, ensuring that key risks are well-understood and mitigated through the site Management System and action plans. You will ensure a robust but efficient risk-based HSE audit program is in place and co-own the site HSE continuous improvement plan with relevant stakeholders. This plan will consider global strategies, HSE management principles, data, new business requirements, updated regulations, and employees’ input. Your role will also involve facilitating and supporting line management through the investigation of all injuries, illnesses, and incidents, using the outputs to enhance the management system. You will be the HSE solution partner, protecting our people, the environment, and our assets to support sustainable business growth.
