Job Responsibilities**Abnormal Event Handling and Emergency Response Management**: Take charge of managing abnormal events and emergency situations with outstanding precision, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel. Provide safety-related professional advice to assist the Emergency Response Team (ERT) Commander in critical decision-making.**Coordinate Emergency Response Management**: Lead all aspects of emergency response, including training, certification, and exercises to prepare the team for any scenario.**Maintenance of Emergency Equipment**: Ensure the flawless maintenance and management of all emergency response equipment to guarantee it is always ready for use.**Workplace Safety Patrols**: Conduct regular safety patrols to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.**High-Risk Operation Audits**: Conduct detailed audits of high-risk operations, strictly following safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.**Safety System Audits**: Improve the reliability of various safety systems, including fire suppression systems, toxic gas monitoring systems, earthquake detectors, leak sensors, and VESDA systems, through rigorous safety audits.Qualifications**Government-Certified Licenses**: Possess relevant government-certified licenses in occupational safety management and fire management.**Additional Licenses**: Holding other certifications such as process safety assessment and ISO lead auditor is highly valued.**Preferred Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in occupational safety and health, environmental engineering, environmental management, or related fields.As an EHS - F11 Safety Shift Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a team dedicated to excelling in safety engineering.
