Ensure & enable compliance of EHS Surveillances observations, EHS inspections, EHS committee decisions. 2. To prepare and communicate the EHS Inspection Schedule of SLT, SLT-1 & EHS professional for each month and completion of observations on monthly basis. 3. To ensure compliance to the observations of EHS inspections rounds. 4. Enable and ensure safety surveillance team members jobs are completed & documented well in time. 5. Co-ordinate the activities of shift safety team members and providing necessary support to team. 6. Updation of OSEP as per frequency, share and execution of mock drills as per OSEP. 7. Maintain stock of work permit books, Hazard communication label printing, other printing material and signages related to safety awareness. 8. Ensure HAZOP studies of new/existing products & processes are carried out and availability of HAZOP reports in the safety department. 9. Ensure min. 6 hrs training to each employee, on EHS is given and EHS training center is maintained in up-to-date condition. 10. Ensure work place monitoring for noise, illumination, floor conductivity and work place chemical concentrations is done and take necessary action, if any. 11. Update compliance on statutory requirements and related documents. 12. Ensure timely reporting of Accident/incident in Global EHS Portal/CAPA tracker and carry out incident investigation, analysis, CAPA etc. 13. To ensure IMS audit compliance & documentation. 14. To assist the Location Head in upgrading Safety management system at site. 15. Overall Environment Management of the plant to support smooth manufacturing activities and to work for Statutory Compliance pertaining to Environment, on a continual basis. 16. To assist the Location Head in Integrated Environment Management System in place and to implement the Corporate EHS Policy. 17. Round the clock Waste water treatment & disposal and ensure implementation of EHS procedures accepted by the system. 18. Work for statutory compliance, pertaining to Environment. 19. Technical evaluation, Costing, Co-ordination, E & C of new treatment facilities, (project job)related to Environmental Management. 20. Continuously work for Water conservation & Effluent reduction. 21. Trouble shooting & giving inputs for improvements for all Waste water treatment facilities, Viz. ETP, Membrane Filtration plants, Thermal Evaporators- 2 no, Spray Dryer, ATFD & incinerator after getting inputs from different Consultants. 22. Co-ordinate with modules for finalizing disposal of Wastes (both liquid, solids), getting generated from all new products. 23. Filling all application for statutory approvals and carryout technical liaising, follow-up visits made to PPCB office for their smooth approval. 24. Co-ordinate with the Consultant & Statutory bodies for implementation of Ground water remediation study. 25. Impart training to ETP employees for improving operational skills. 26. Additionally, give functional/technical inputs to all API sites for Environment Managements by working with corporate team. 27.
