Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add an EHS Intern located in our Salt Lake City, UT site.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, the student will support EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with both company and regulatory requirements while learning, collaborating and working with cross-functional teams.

What a typical day looks like:

Review EHS procedures to evaluate potential gaps as neededAssist ERT Team with daily Safety Walk in Production AreaSupport Site Wide Chemical Inventory, PPE Assessments and perform ERGO EvaluationsUpdate and Improve EHS processes/trainingAttend EHS team meetings and support project work and tasks as appropriate

Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

Junior/Senior currently pursuing bachelor’s degree; EHS related major (Occupational Health & Safety/Industrial Hygiene)Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environmentStrong writing abilityRelevant coursework preferredPrevious internship experience a plus!

Internship Program Requirements:

Available to start on May 27th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignmentCurrently enrolled in 4-year accredited university (undergrad program)3.0 minimum GPA
