EHS Lead - Fabrication

The Siemens manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas has an immediate opening for an Environmental, Health and Safety Lead with training experience. The successful candidate will support a wide range of EHS responsibilities, including but not limited to those noted below.

You will make an impact by:

Lead site EHS Committee of Fabrication Processes, activities, and projects to enable a culture of excellence. Monitor, analyze and improve implemented EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements as well as supporting inspections/audits. Drive compliance of OSHA 1910 mandated PPE, HAZCOM, fall protection, lockout-tagout, etc. programs. Lead the Functional Safety standards implementation for equipment and machinery safety programs. Perform and keep updated the Risk Assessments along with multidisciplinary teams to document and analyze the risk perspective of all the activities taking place in the site. Perform inspections and audits on the operations, support, and administrative areas to ensure all the EHS requirements are met. Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field 5 plus years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment  Analysis capabilities for large data records, desirable experience on PowerBI, Tableu, PowerApps, PowerAutomate. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Working knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NIOSH, NFPA, EPA and local regulations and reporting Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Desirable CSP / OSHA certification. Desirable ISO 51001 knowledge

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
