**Looking for an opportunity to maintain a safe working environment for a large manufacturing expansion project?** TAI Engineering has an immediate need for an EHS Manager to support a critical construction project in Bowling Green, Kentucky. In this role, you'll ensure the safety of employees, the GC and its trade partners, and the public on the Bowling Green Manufacturing Expansion Project as well as creating a culture of safety while enforcing the client’s Safety and Health Policy, as well as local and federal safety standards on this jobsite. **Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:** + Drive the safety culture on a project. + Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, Welty and its trade partners, and the public. + Enforce corporate and project specific safety and health programs and federal, state, and local safety standards. + Identify known or potential exposures and recommend corrective action. + Develop, coordinate, and implement overall project specific safety programs. + Partner with field supervision to ensure safety hazard mitigation measures are included in the planning of project construction activities. + Develop project specific safety education for jobsite personnel, including Welty and its subcontractors, based upon upcoming work activities or recent at-risk trends + Drive and create a safety vision and aligns the team to deliver and achieve a safe workplace for everyone. + Facilitate third party safety reviews including OSHA. + Teach safety-related topics. + Conduct hot work, LOTO, confined space, energized electrical work, lift/rigging permits as needed. + Assist with business plan objective and/or other corporate initiatives including OSHA, and corporate policies and procedures. + Exceed our stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals. + Become the expert on Sherwin-Williams and Welty’s Project Safety Manuals. **You'll be a perfect fit if you have:** + Four or more years of relevant construction safety experience with an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. + Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) Requirements + OSHA 30, CHST, ASP/CSP and First Aid/CPR Training. **What TAI offers:** + Opportunity to support a variety of clients within unique industries. + A chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in technical services. + The opportunity to make a real impact on a variety of industry-leading projects. + The ability to balance your work and family activities. + Flexible work schedule + Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation. + Competitive salary and benefits package. **Compensation and benefits offering:** + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure). + PTO and paid holidays. + Health benefits - Employee through family level coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurances.
