The EHS Professional for Radiometer is responsible for resolving issues of protection at work, advises on these issues, assesses occupational risk at given workplaces, checks whether companies operate in accordance with health and safety rules.
This position is part of the Facility department located in Stargard and will be on site position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the EHS team and report to the senior Facility, Administration & EHS manager responsible for Facility department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Maintaining health and safety standards in the plant.
+ Active activities aimed at building awareness in occupational health and safety.
+ Cooperation with individual internal departments and external institutions in the field of health and safety.
+ Co-creating detailed safety instructions for the factory.
+ Cooperation with management in the field of health and safety.
+ Preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries.
+ Performing internal audits.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Min. 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar position.
+ Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
+ Knowledge of Polish Labor Law.
+ Developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team.
+ Good organization of work, independence, accuracy, punctuality.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Ability to work with a focus on goals.
+ Sense of responsibility.
+ The ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor qualifications will be an additional advantage.
